About

On the 20th of April 2018, something amazing happened at the Cristal lab of the University of Lille.

The young Hugo SBAI, yet underaged, was successfully defending his Thesis in Computer Science which subject is Cyber Monitoring and became, at the age of 17, the youngest Doctor in History.

2012

High School degree in Science with First-class Honours at the age of 12

2016

Student at the Ecole Polytechnique of Lausanne at the age of 16

2018

PhD in Computer Science at the University of Lille at the age of 17

WITH HUGO’S EXPERIENCE, WE MAY BE FACING ONE OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT STUDENT EXPERIENCES OF OUR UNIVERSAL MODERN HISTORY THANKS TO ‘A METHOD’ THAT HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO BE PASSED ON TO ANY CHILD IN THE WORLD, AT A TIME WHEN TECHNOLOGICAL, DEMOGRAPHIC AND ECONOMIC CHANGES MAKE US RECONSIDER SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS, WAYS OF LIFE, AND CONSEQUENTLY, EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS.

A method to pass on in an ever-changing world

Hugo always refused to talk to the media during his school years though he received a lot of requests.

He started to share his unique experience after he got his two Masters and his PhD and talked about the reasons for his success.

Skipping grades in an educational system which is undergoing some transformations

As mentioned before, completing both first grade and second grade (CP/CE1) at the same time shows that Hugo was eager to learn faster after the end of his second grade. That is when his aunts and grandmother started to think about a method that would both support and help him study faster.

How is it possible to skip grades in the French educational system without having any gap in any subject and keeping up at any level?

The Aunts

They noticed many repetitions in the programs throughout the years. Thus they found the solution that Hugo would apply during all his studies without having any gap and that would be the foundations of his student life. So:

  • He skipped 6 grades thanks to the method.

  • He got his High School Degree with First Class Honours in all subjects thanks to the method

  • He became a student of Polytechnique at the age of 16 thanks to the method

  • He became a Polytechnician and he got his PhD in IT in one year and could carry on at the University of Oxford.

6 grades skipped

So Hugo skipped six grades between primary school and his High School Degree at the age of 12 with excellent school marks in all subjects even in Spanish where he got 14/20 after studying it for just one year.

It’s the fact that he had a very good level in all subjects that made Hugo so unique compared to the other cases of precociousness.

Hugo seems gifted

We may compare Hugo to other children that got their High School Degree very early or to other children who seemed gifted but their grades were lower or they faced gaps in minor subjects (in History and Geography for students that were majoring in Science for example). But Hugo is not gifted, he succeeded thanks to the Method.

’YOUR AGE DOES NOT REFLECT YOUR WORTH.’ Pierre Corneille

It’s just a matter of method!

Hugo got his high school degree when he was 12, was a student at Polytechnique at the age of 16, then Doctor at the age of 17, and has no flaws that could prevent him from achieving his goals and reaching his dreams.

Yet Hugo is not more intelligent than the other students but he got the means to succeed. Thanks to his Method, he was able to equal his sister who is a gifted person.

Could anybody adopt his method? Hugo thinks so.

LE village de l’emploi

The ink of others leads to the top quite fast, but do not wait until it dries!

Hugo’s experience is related to the Method used by the Village de l’Emploi.

It enabled him to finish his high school education faster, to reach higher education earlier than the majority of the other students, and to finally get a PhD at the age of 17.

Media

They talk about the Method

This is why Hugo wants to teach, speak about his experience and spread the word. Hugo wants to share his experience on how to learn faster. He wants to pass on a method that allows anyone to get his high school diploma earlier and succeed in higher education.
